1. Good understanding of software development life cycle and should have an experience of leading a team 
2. Extensive experience in Java/J2EE and PL/SQL 
3. Good analytical and communication skills Technical Skills: 
          A. Languages: Java / J2EE, EJB, JPA, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL 
          B. Frameworks: Struts, Spring,  Hibernate 
          C. Markup: XML, HTML & JavaScript  
          D. App Server: IBM WebSphere 
          E. Tools: IBM RSA, RAD, Clear Case Good to Have 
1. Good knowledge of databases Oracle 10/11. 2. SQL, PL/SQL Tuning 3. Tools: Code Review Tools (Checkstyle), Performance Testing tools (Load Runner), Dynamic Code Analysis Tools for profiling and memory analysis (Dev Partner)
