How to find where a neuron's cell body resides?

Dear all, 

The roi info for any neuron gives the regions its axons and dendrites span, right? 

So, I wish to know in which region the cell body of the neuron resides. We have the somaLocation for each cell body but without knowing the coordinates of each brain region, how does one find where a cell body resides?
