Large Query Timeout

Hi all,

I'm trying to execute a very large query (I need spatial information on every synapse), but the query keeps timing out. I've tried varying the batch size, and breaking the query down into single ROIs, etc., but nothing has worked. I'd appreciate any suggestions as to how to avoid the timeout issue, or decompose the query into sufficiently small portions.
