Saw it at the imax here in central London in 3d and was cool (though not dramatic 3d) so would be nice to have that at home to be honest .
I wish they would film more with 3D cameras, the trouble is when they were doing that a lot 10 years ago, they tended to set it up for very shallow 3D and the results generally weren't as impressive as they should've been. Classic 3D movies like House of Wax, Creature from the Black Lagoon, and various 3D Imax documentaries made much better use of the format. At the same time, some of the conversions of the past decade got to the point where they really could add a wow-factor to the movie that was often lacking in some of the natively filmed 3D of the time. Conversions can definitely be worth it: Jurassic Park, Wizard of Oz, Terminator 2, were done for top-dollar and all had that deeply rounded, layered appearance as if they'd been filmed that way. Like you were there. They weren't just cardboard cutouts. Most of the Marvel conversions are also reliably worthwhile and impressive, even when the films aren't always my cup of tea.

People like to complain and say stuff about Avatar. But those movies put butts in seats. Something which Transformers is currently struggling to do.

I think its doing fine. ROTB has sold pretty well in the physical media department from what I've seen in places like Target and Best Buy. All they have leaft is some dvd's.
Hell even Barbie 4K and Blu-Ray sold out in 2 days.
Plus with how stuff is being censored in streaming platforms by studios now. You wont have that problem with physical media.

Ngl the bonus features for this one were kinda lacking compared to the other 6 movies. But that\'s a problem with most studios these days.
This was mentioned already, but I want to point out that the Japanese release will also have the original Japanese cartoon voice actors for Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal, making it rare collaboration between them.
