Hello i wonder why i can't scroll down or scroll to the right to see all colum and row of my data on Contact page? i have tried using Safari, Chrome they are still doesn't work. I have check my computer system setting already still i can't perform scroll down or scroll right on my Contact page.
But let me go back to my original question: if you basically have just a list of topics, why do you want to use a Mathematica notebook to write down the list? There is nothing in it (or am I wrong?) which suggests the need for the functionality of Mathematica (which, I agree, is as good a text processor as any other, or even better).
You should be able to workaround this behavior by actively closing more cell sub-groups. For example, if every group in the notebook was opened, I was able to reliably reproduce the scrolling issue with your Applied Mathematics section. If I closed the subsections within it (Differential Equations, Integro-Differential Equations, ..., Mathematica Models), the notebook scrolled as one would expect.
This is very annoying, as I prefer not to use the mouse to scroll (or for anything, if I can help it). I tried to find some way to modify the default method of displaying stuff in my user settings, but I couldn't find any (obvious) way to change it.
The Web UI for Bitbucket cloud does have multiple focal points which do rely on the use of a mouse. I was able to find that you can shift + tab (5 times in chrome) to get to the scroll bar and engage the scroll bar by pressing the spacebar. Once the scroll bar is active you can then navigate via PAGE UP/PAGE DOWN as needed.
I have used Weebly for years. I just started a new website and on individual pages I can no longer scroll down when editing to add more content. There are only two text boxes and two slide shows on the page. The scroll bar does not appear on the side. The pages can scroll once published. I just cannot get at the content in the editor.
Hi there @Coveyphoto ! We were able to log into your site editor and can scroll all the way down. Have you tried to clear your browser cache or checked to see if you might be zoomed in your browser settings yet?
I have cleared the cache... it still will not show the scroll on certain pages. The home page is fine. If you go to one of the off shoots - like one of the ones off the Frontier League page (that page will scroll) - I cannot. The only way to see the whole page is to zoom way out.
I believe I stated in my first post that I have have tried this in both Firefox and Chrome. I have tried it again, in both browsers, with the cache cleared. It still does not allow me to scroll down on the pages that are linked off another page - put into a secondary position in the tree of pages, if that helps.
I had an issue with the salesforce report , scroll down is not working. When selecting a date field to use in a report filter, clicking on the scrollbar to scroll down in the field list will immediately close the dialog, preventing selections.
Salesforce R&D team has been able to reproduce this reported issue that in Reports builder, by clicking on the scrollbar in "Group Date By", the drop-down menu gets closed. If using a laptop touchpad, this can be seen.
I'm trying to look at various surveys available within the Survey123 Connect Community that are located within the New Survey button. When I click on the New Survey button and the New Survey window opens, I then click on Community to see a list of all surveys available within the Community. The problem I'm running into is that the scroll bar on the right gets hung-up as you scroll down and will not go down more than 5 surveys for me. It doesn't matter if I select Community, Samples, My Surveys, etc... If the scroll bar exists, it still gets hung up as you scroll down. I did a restart of my computer and the issue still exists. Is anyone else running into this issue?
From the screen shot it looks like you are using an older version of Survey123 Connect. The scroll bar issue you describe was addressed last year, along with a redesign of the groupings of community surveys.
I have several dashboards developed that are longer in length than the monitor they are getting displayed on. I would like to have these dashboards auto scroll up and down repeatedly so that all the content is displayed at some point during a predefined time interval.
If you select To Element in the Scroll Type field, the # of scrolls property field is ignored, and the specified UI element is looked for.
If, at runtime, the indicated element is not found, the activity scrolls for as much as specified in the # of scrolls field and then retries the search for the indicated element. This behavior is repeated as many times as necessary, until the element is found, and can be useful in the case of applications that have longer loading times.
I haven't figured out how to scroll these types of pages yet. It could be a limitatation in WS's scroller code. As a temporary measure, you could specify a long page load delay, say 15000 (15 sec), then you manually scroll the page yourself before the scraper starts.
A related tip: Try zooming out your browser view for walmart as much as possible; this will make the server display more pages and will also make scrolling faster. You would need to zoom out first before you start scraping.
I have a program that is running and is constantly outputting data to stdout thus updating the terminal and the terminal automatically scrolls down to the last line and does not let me read the data that was outputted before or other commands that I have previously run.
You can temporarily prevent scrolling by hitting CTRL-S on the keyboard, which will pause output until you hit CTRL-Q. This will let you read what's currently on the screen, but could also prevent the program from continuing depending on how it works.
I'm not aware of any actual setting for the shell itself that will prevent the screen from scrolling to the latest output, but you can achieve an equivalent result by piping output to less. Something like
If you want a specific xterm to start off that way, there is a command line option -si which will start it off unchecked. If you want this to be the default for all xterms, you can set the scrollTtyOutput resource (wherever you set your X resources, and you can use the Xresource structure to make it apply only to some xterms).
I understand what you mean, and I am aware that it is possible to have only one scene displayed at a time. And that's why I want a completely easy change of scene from clicking a button to scroll down or up. I don't want any intermediate steps. I want the scrolling to trigger the "next scene" function.
I think if you have scroll events that are not interactive -- that is they produce a result at some point but do not scroll, it will not yield a good UI for your site. This is typically referred to as "scroll jacking."
To implement a basic solution, you'd need to develop a threshold for when enough of a scroll represents a scene change. Yet this threshold is not visible to users so it will be an exercise in frustration to figure out what to do to trigger the event.
I personally find it not to great to use, even with some niceties like tying the scene change duration to the scroll speed. (Also please note that this won't work on mobile, since it would need to account for touch events).
If the scrolling speed needs to be modified, select the transparent clip and then select the Text: Rich filter on it, then go to the Keyframes panel. Move the left-side throbber to the left (faster) or to the right (slower) to change the speed of the scroll. The length of the clip can also be altered, and then the speed changed with the throbber to match the new length. See the picture below:
Since the new dashboard, you can't scroll down on an extension detail page.
As a result, you can't access all the information if the description is bigger than average, if your window isn't big enough or if you use a laptop.
The only way 1Password will quit when going from the 1Password (on the top left next to the apple) and scrolling down to quit, is if you are using a desktop version. If you are using 1Password online, then no luck.
Hello! Can anyone help - I've seen that others have asked this question in previous years but I don't see an answer. I need to open a dispute but I can't scroll down to the transaction. It was only a month ago so within decent time, but it literally won't let me scroll to previous transactions. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!
