HiAll,

The new boat has a Volvo penta D1-30B sail drive, I think 2007 (hull is 07 but launched 09 so not sure). I am after the correct workshop manual. I have found D1-30 A but not B, anyone know the difference? I emailed & ended up with an American supplier to purchase & download but I would really like a hard copy version if they are available. Any one know of an Australian supplier? Or anyone have one they would be happy to part with?

The WrOpenUp's Project Management Workshop is one of the three workshops we are delivering here in Wroclaw for kids, it comes together with the Cross-cultural Competence Workshop, that we already deliver on March, 18th for more than 230 kids and the Presentation Skills Workshop, the one we will happen on next April, 25th. Photo by Edesio Santana

This series of workshops were created to deliver basic Project Management, Design Thinking, Presentation Skills, Stress Management, Mindfulness and Self Confidence skills and more importantly, life-long learning skills that can be used in academic context and beyond it.

To help trainers to deliver the Project Management Workshop, we created from the scratch a very detailed Project Management Manual to be used as a complete workshop structure of Project Management Methodologies, specially Design Thinking, practical activities, iterations and some important 13-16 years old language level definitions.

On March, 25th, 2017 we had the opportunity to organize and deliver what we call TTT: Train the Trainers - An intensive and dynamic 4 hours training session with all the trainers who should be delivering the workshop in order to prepare them to the great day.

During the TTT: Train the Trainers, the team who developed the Project Management Manual had the opportunity to share, test and verify with the trainers all Workshop's concepts and activities. We had the opportunity to collect important feedback from trainers about every workshop's sessions and we applied all the necessary corrections and improvements before the go-live!

All I can say when I think about this workshop is that sharing Project Management, Agile and Design Thinking skills with these amazing kids and teenagers today, watching them while presenting the results of their work in the end of these very intensive 4 hours was for me, one of the best experiences in my career.

I really believe that this workshop and the manual we had created will help us and help trainers to grow as a professional and surely we can learn a lot from this fantastic kids during a Workshops like this. I did it today!!!!

Thanks to WrOpenUp Foundation for this great opportunity and thanks to this amazing team of co-creators and to all the fantastic trainers who spent their time, energy and enthusiasm in this great event.
