Review request (PR 5497)

Hi, 

I had created a PR 5497. It's a new algorithm/centrality measure. I just wanted to know if it would be reviewed and if yes, is there a specific timeline. If not, can I know what I can do to pick better new algorithms to add or anything that the current PR lacked that I could add (example: more literature that I referenced)?
