Having trouble start an assignment.

Hello Dear all. 

I'm having some trouble in completing one of my assignment, which is re-creating the graph attached. I know now it has something to do with the "betweeness of centrality", but since I'm literally new, I'm kinda clueless of where to start. If anyone knows how to do this graph, please let me know. I'm willing to pay handsomely to anyone who can helps. Graph is attached.
