Why am I getting different community detection results for NetworkX?

Hi Everyone!

I am trying to use community detection algorithm in my project. I am using the louvain algorithm with seed parameters but whenever i rerun the code, the result of lovain algorithm gives different results.

Why seed parameter doesn't work in this situation?

I'm not able to reproduce this, could you please open a new issue at https://github.com/networkx/networkx/issues/new/choose with a minimal reproducible example?
