Request for Review: Improve _sparse_fruchterman_reingold with L-BFGS #7889

I have submitted a pull request (https://github.com/networkx/networkx/pull/7889) to improve the _sparse_fruchterman_reingold function (spring_layout).

This change aims to generate faster and better graph layouts while maintaining the original Fruchterman–Reingold model.
