Request for Review: Fix for Issue #7645

Dear NetworkX Developers,

I have submitted a pull request to address [issue #7645](https://github.com/networkx/networkx/issues/7645), which resolves the problem with 'cw' and 'ccw' attributes being incorrectly preserved in PlanarEmbedding.to_undirected().

In the pull request, I:

• Implemented a fix to ensure the attributes are preserved correctly.
• Added tests to verify the fix for both graphs and multi-graphs.
