Apologies for yesterday's meeting

Hello, I would like to apologize for yesterday's meeting not taking place. I ended up with a sudden illness which prevented me from participating. Likewise, my colleagues were not in a position to fill in.

This breakdown in communication is my fault for not properly following through with my colleagues. In the future, I will take steps to ensure this never happens again by being more aggressive in ensuring we have someone to drive the meeting or properly cancel it if necessary.
