Trying out nsm icmp-responder example with helm

Hi,

   I am new to NSM, and was trying to do the installation with helm following the doc at : 

              https://github.com/networkservicemesh/networkservicemesh/blob/master/docs/guide-helm.md 

   The ICMP responder example has some pods not coming up with status "ImagePullBackOff".

   Anything needs to be updated for the images?
