Terraform a Kubernetes Topology with NSM

I have a particular use case I'm trying to see if NSM if feasible for.  I'm basing my idea based on: https://networkop.co.uk/post/2020-01-nsm-topo/ which is exactly what I'd like to explore in my lab environment.  Ideally, I'd like to spin up a topology of VNFs within Kubernetes and stitch them together utilizing NSM.  Is this something that is possible?  Would Terraform need a provider plugin for both k8s and NSM or just k8s?
