Just like everyone else, enjoying a delicious dessert at the end of a great meal is one of my life’s sweetest pleasures.

Moist vanilla cupcakes with chocolate buttercream… warm pumpkin pie… crème brulée… carrot cake with cream cheese frosting… fresh brownies…

Just thinking about these has made my mouth water..

But after I suffer from diabetes recently, I must resist that pleasure and not indulging my self in sweet treats anymore.
