Weiko was brought into the shelter as a surrender. The reason was due to his age and that they were unable to care for him.  Upon intake the following was noted: Sparse fur on back and some residue on fur. Gave medicated bath. Noted excessive tartar on teeth and many broken front teeth. Weiko has a sweet disposition and will often just lay around waiting for you to pet him. Weiko tested positive for Heartworms and will need further medical treatment.  

 

He walks great on a leash and gets along with other dogs and is just overall very curious about his surroundings. Please help Weiko get the medical treatment he needs, as well as mend his broken spirit.

Gender- Male

Has received the following vaccines:

Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper

Heartworm Positive
