Hello,
Baltimore County Animal Services is urgently seeking rescue placement for Rocky Road. Rocky Road is 3 years old and about 50 pounds, Rocky was surrendered to us due to the owner moving and not being able to take Rocky with them. Rocky is a typical German Shepherd, and is very stressed in the kennel. Once out of the kennel, it takes a little time for him to warm up and allow pets from people, but he is quick to lean into people he trusts. Rocky has shown social behavior towards other dogs. Due to Rocky’s fearful behavior in the shelter environment, he is only available to a rescue group at this time.
