COMMITMENT NEEDED BY: 4/10

 

Timmy is a 3-year-old neutered male, 11 pounds, surrendered due to inappropriate elimination in the home. His owner noted he would mark over areas previously used by their diabetic cat.

In the shelter, Timmy is very skittish and prefers not to be touched, but he is not aggressive. He hides in his box all day at the shelter. He has been using his litter box consistently while in our care.

We believe he may do much better in a quiet, low-stress environment and are seeking a rescue to give him that chance.

 

COMMITMENT NEEDED BY 4/10

Leon is a 4-year-old neutered male (9 lbs) who came in as a stray after being caught in a trap.

While on the adoption floor, Leon remained hidden and would hiss with interaction. He is not aggressive but clearly prefers no handling or close contact. We would suspect he would do best as an outdoor/working cat.

Leon is looking for a placement where he can be himself—independent and with minimal human interaction.
