Subject: Re: Baltimore, MD: Deadline TODAY, 4/10!! Darling "Ms. Ginger" the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST & Trained & Healthy 4 Year Old LOVEBUG!!!!! GREAT w/ Kids & Probably GOOD w/ Dogs!!!
Good afternoon,I'm Ms.Ginger's neighbor and spoke with her owner, the house hasn't sold yet and he's been staying in the empty house with her since the 10th. He asked me to take her to BARCS this Friday afternoon if no rescue or foster is able to take her. We are hoping for a miracle because we really don't think she will do well in the shelter either so we've been trying to hold out as long as possible. Another neighbor did get her a sponsor to help payBest,Heather

Subject: Re: Urgent - Ms.Ginger - Plea for HelpI am here with Ms.Ginger's, owner Michael, so that way I can provide the most accurate info possible to help Ms. Ginger find the best, most loving furever home with your help. Thank you again for all that you do for these animals!!!
She is fully potty trained, does well on walks (but can get a bit excited and curious when she sees others dogs; she just needs some socialization). She has never shown aggression towards another dog or human, nor has she ever bite another dog or human. She loves people, especially kids. Loves all the rubs, just loves to be pampered & kissed. She loves to go for car rides. She still has that puppy energy, gets zoomies in the yard and loves walks. When she gets excited she doesn't know her own strength while walking on the leash, so some additional leash training may be needed. Peppy the hippo and bones from the butcher shop are her favorites. She likes to go to her special spot on the sofa and snuggle in her blankets. She's never been exposed to cats, but think she would do fine as long as she's slowly introduced bc she does like to chase the rabbits in the yard. She doesn't really have any dislikes, but the stuffed toys don't last more than a few minutes, so they are not ideal for her.No allergies or medical issues at this time per the vet.A little overweight, but nothing a little more exercise can't help with lolShe's just an absolute sweetheart/ love bug and would make a great companion for any family with or without kids.Owner's info, but I can also be contacted as wellMichael BrownBaltimore City, MD 21206

Her 90 something dad passed and his 72 yr old son has been taking care of her. Sadly the will to the house say it has to be sold and the son moved into it to help take care of the dog hoping it could be changed. HE now has to move into an apartment by 4/10 and no place he looked into will allow Ginger. She is a red nose pitbull that will be 4 yrs old in October; She's UTD on all vaccines, has pet ins and another neighbor got her a sponsor. She is an absolute sweetheart ( a little overweight), but enjoys walks, all the rubs (lol), toys and people. She's curious & excited about other dogs, but given the age of her owner she was never socialized much, but doesn't seem aggressive. I have a strong bond with her and would love to take her, but my female pit was attacked by a male foster pitbull and almost lost her life, so she is extremely fearful of other dogs now; otherwise I would take her in a heartbeat. I have been trying to help him find a home, foster or rescue for her because neither of us want her to end up in the wrong hands. Hope you can help or know someone who can. Thank you!Best Regards,Heather Murillo
