- Rescue Needed - Socks: altered male, 9yo, 8.4lbs This gentle boy was found as a stray on 4/11, and despite everything he’s been through, he has proven to be incredibly kind. He is super sweet and tolerant of all handling, taking everything in stride even in a stressful shelter environment. He’s a champion biscuit maker, happily kneading away and showing just how affectionate and comfort-seeking he really is.   Behind that sweetness, he is in need of medical support. He is FIV+ and experiencing persistent dehydration, and he is recommended for urgent dental care, including extraction of his upper canines. Senior bloodwork is also recommended to better assess his overall health and ensure he receives the care he needs.   He is looking for a rescue or adopter willing to give him a chance, provide medical support, and offer a calm, loving environment where he can decompress and feel safe.   A full medical summary can be provided upon request.
