Seeking Rescue or Adoption Placement

Maeve came to us on June 6th with her seven babies after being neglected in a backyard. She lovingly raised them until they were old enough for adoption—and each one has found a forever home. Now it’s Maeve’s turn!

So why is she still waiting?
Maeve is both dog- and people-friendly, but she thrives with slow introductions and clear boundaries. After going without for so long, she can be protective of things she values—but don’t let that scare you. She responds beautifully to corrections and is eager to please.

Maeve has been thriving in her foster home, living happily with a pack of dogs and even a cat. Her foster family adores her but wants to keep fostering, so Maeve needs a more permanent solution.
