Recently, on TV, I was watching a true life story of a poor girl in a remote village of Punjab. She had just completed her graduation and was aspiring to do higher studies but unfortunately, one day she gets attacked by a young man who throws an acid on her face and disfigures it just because she refuses to marry him.
Her mother who had been working as a domestic help, uses all her savings on her daughter’s treatment but when all their earnings dry up and they finally give up hope.
At this juncture, Fortis hospital comes in for their aid and provides the treatment entirely free cost.
Today, she is not only heart and healthy but also is an inspiration to all those who have faced similar fate in the past.

Look at the few servants of God today

1) Sick---Yet when he prays many sick people get healed

2) Childless—Yet when he prays people are blessed with children

3) Depressed childhood—Yet when she prays, people are comforted

4) Had speech problem – Yet preaches the word of God all over the world

St. Paul says: “poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.” (2 Cor 6:10)
In worldly sense, they may not be people pleasers but God loves them because of his blood on the cross and their obedience to God in the midst of problems.
So, whether we love or hate them, God takes it personally.

Yes friends, God can use our problems as strength to help others.
