So one thing is certain that human beings are prone to get angry because no one is perfect except God (Mark 10:18).

On the other side the Bible says to seek forgiveness from others (Mathew 5:24) and forgive others irrespective of whether they ask us or not (Mathew 6:15). So from this, we learn that it’s an ongoing and never ending process.

If so then, what does it mean when it says….do not sin (Eph 4:26)

Usage of unwanted words

When words are many, sin is not absent (Prov 10:19), “No foul language is to come from your mouth...” (Eph 4:29) and “I (GOD) hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech. (Prov 8:13)
