I am seeking a collaborator to work on the attached RFP. As you will see, much of the work is network weaving related.
Ideally you will be on the West Coast or in Washington or Oregon.

I am happy to connect you to some network consultants in New England if you are interested but that is a long way from you. I also know that Derek was out that way. I have lost- track of him... unfortunately.
