netty BindException: Address already in use

New to netty, I created a telnet server locally and confirmed that it is working. I added an integration framework to listen on the same port, however I can getting an exception "java.net.BindException: Address already in use: bind"

Is there anyway that I can config ServerBootstrap to allow this address to be listen to by other applications? Is that even possible?
