code sample to write a shapefile..

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a simple C# .NET code sample that demonstrates how to
open/read/write geometry and attributes in a shapefile one record at a
time.

Could someone please post an example or point me to one online..

trunk Shape.IO don't support Z/M values when writing, and simply
ignores Z/M values when reading, I don't know if NTS 2.0 supports Z/M
values, sorry :(
