Need few clarification on netsniff-ng tool kit

Can you please clarify  following doubts

 

1)    Is it possible to send  application layer protocol  packets (http, ftp, SNMP)  

2)    What basic hardware requirement to use netsiff-ng tool kit

3)    Does it support multiple users
