Security problems when downoloading FTP files

hi!

I've recently installed Communicator 4.5 on the sparc machine running solaris 2.6.When I try

to download FTP files via the communictor ,It gives me the following message :

"Sorry, access to the port number given has been disabled for security reasons " . I'm connected

to the net via the proxy ( port 80 for HTTP and 21 for FTP).

Does anyone can help me to prevent the communicator from disabling these ports ?
