PSM stops access to secnews.netscape.com

Hi

I'm not sure where questions or support regarding PSM is
supposed to be routed so please bear with me for
crossposting here...

After installing PSM 1.2 on Windows (95 and NT) we're unable
to access secnews.netscape.com. We're using Netscape 3.53
proxy on Solaris for snews proxying and this works ok if PSM
is completely removed or not installed at all.
