How can I add toolbar-icons manually ?

Hi,

I have set my homepage to Google Desktop Search. Instead the little icon
with the house I would like to add the GDS logo to my toolbar. Any ideas
as to where I can find the toolbar buttons and how to achieve this ?
Maybe without losing the "house" icon ?
