news.neodome.net usenet's SSL port 563 not connecting?

Hello.
Is anyone else having problems with news.neodome.net usenet server with
its SSL port 563 in SeaMonkey v2.53.7's usenet client? It gets stuck
with "Connected to news.neodome.net..." It can connect to it with its
unsecured connection port 119 though. No problems with news.aoie.org though.
