My trash file stays empty

prefer until I double check. A file goes in
and it is gone! Even though it says keep.
NE1 else have this problem? If so and you
were able to fix it what did you do. I also
did the edit prefs to no avail either.

make sure that View, Messages, All is selected.
Also, under Edit, Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings,
select the account, and under Offline & Disk Space,
check your settings there.

Hi Peter P, checked #1 view, msgs and all was selected.
did check also #2 everything was as it should be but could
not find Offline all the rest were correct
Thanks for your assistance. If you can think of anything else it
would be appreciated. Funny thing is my wife's account has no
problem.
