High, after installing Version 2 i cannot reach the mozilla server
again. Is it correct with news.mozilla-2.org? The port first was given
with 563 and now with 119.
There is no possibility for me to connect. What is wrong?

news.mozilla.org:119 works fine for me.

Thank You very much, Rex,
after correcting me params here too ;-)
I only wonder, why the old version 1.18 had the -2 entry within the
respective directories.

I've gotten lucky- I discovered Seamonkey about a fortnight before 2.0
was released and downloaded the RC, so I've not had to face any of the
migration problems that many people here have been facing!

Must've been a typo..I've never heard of a mozilla-2.org domain.

The name of the folder in your profile can be anything. When you create
an account you are given a choice of giving the account a pretty name.
The text box defaults to the name of the server e.g. news.mozilla.org
but you could override that and type in anything e.g. mymozillagroups.
If there already is a folder named "news.mozilla.org" on your hard disk
then the code suggests news.mozilla-1.org, -2.org, -3.org etc.
