Present: dougt, zach, josh, jay, cbeard, asa, blake Kaplan, schrep,
raphael, myk, mitchell, dbaron, mscott, karen, jst, jesse, marcia,
chase, bienvenu, deb, shaver, blizzard, bsmedberg, mconnor, beltzner,
justdave.
*Releases*
- Mozilla 1.7.11 has a set of two mail-related bugs that look like they
need to be fixed
- Asa will drive the release, Marcia will do QA
- Firefox 1.5
- Evaluating where we are with respect to the branch, couple of L10N
dependencies,
- Branch is currently scheduled for tomorrow, tracking 20 bugs
- Will have a status and schedule estimate very soon
- As of last week we formally versioned these releases as 1.5.
- We will be revving our internal version one time before the final (it
will be 1.4)
*OSCON*
- Next week
- Set of speakers and others going, list will be sent out
*Reorganization*
- Tentative plan is to announce the new entity on August 3 or 4
- Frank Hecker has agreed to join us as the policy voice of the
Foundation
- Gerv will be at the Foundation as well as Zach Grant, community
liaison for mySQL
