At some point we plan to move away from using OS/2 Unicode conversions
for display and this problem will go away.

The problem is that conversion from Shift_Jis->Unicode and Unicode->OS/2
codepage loses some characters.

I don't think that using the OS/2 codepage to convert to Unicode from
Shift_Jis is correct. We would end up with different characters on
different systems.

I see. I await the fix.
I don't remember since when, but recent warpzilla truncate post data
if the data contains such SJIS character which poses the conversion
error (like wave-dash).
