It is "greyed out". I can save one attachment at a time, but not all at
once. I believe that I saw a message here some time ago saying that the
"SaveAll" function had been broken in once of the new releases and
hopefully would be "fixed" in a future release. All three functions -
"Save All", "Detach All", and "Delete All" - are "greyed out" for me.

don't click on any of the attachments. Right click on
an empty space so *nothing* is selected.

No change. I have installed the Add-on "AttachmentExtractor" to give me
a similar functionality as far as saving attached files, but I shouldn't
need to do that. AE is kind of useful in its own way, but still.....
