Default bookmarks for es-ES localized build of Firefox 1.0 seem to
have been fixed from one week ago
(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=268722). However, bug
still remains open, so this localized build keeps being blocked.

Any idea about when will this be solved and the 1.0 es-ES build pushed
forward?

I'm no developer, just FF 1.0 user. Thanks.

If that bug is actually fixed, whoever checked in the patch should mark
it FIXED. Then, somebody (Oscar, hopefully) needs to download and test
the builds to make sure they work correctly. Finally, send a mail to
c...@mozilla.org and to this newsgroup "signing off" on the builds and
saying that they are ready for release.

I see, thanks for the information.

From what I see in the bug, it's not fixed. The attached bookmarks.html
is still bad (linking to a redirected not-really-existing page, for
one), and it hasn't been undergoing any aviary approval procedure.

Rafael Ebron is on top of this.

Nobody commented about the modified bookmarks.html uploaded by Oscar,
so I've worked further in the file to have it as fully translated as
possible. Hopefully, somebody will comment this time.

And that even me being a loyal Seamonkey user that finds less and less
motivation to switch to Firefox as it evolves into a kind of "Mozilla
for IE users". }:->>
