Which stable web browsers use the (lat/new)est Mozilla's Gecko engine?

SeaMonkey v2.53.4 uses old Gecko v60.0. What about others like Pale
Moon? Are there any others too?

IceRaven is based on Fenix which is based on Geckoview, which is aligned
with a recent version of gecko.
