I glanced through the code (or headers, mostly) that deals with IMAP,
and it looks like there's a way to fetch info on all your mailboxes at
once. Is this planned to be implemented (or an option) as "get new mail"
on the Messenger source drop? While I'm asking, is it possible to do
this in 4.0x? That'll make it easier for folks like me who use procmail
to file my mail.
Thanks,
P

It's not possible in 4.0x, but in our next major release, at the least, you
will be able to update the message counts on selected imap folders, just
like you can for news. Actually getting the headers for all your folders can
be a very expensive operation on imap servers, but updating the counts can
be cheap, depending on the server.
