Rogue certificate - How to delete ?

I seem to have picked up a rogue/false certificate.
Will deleting the cert8.db file under "Documents and settings" reset
them all to default ? Or will I have to delete something else ?

(After closing FF and deleting the cert8.db and restarting FF the file
was rebuilt and now has 65.536 bytes).
