Blog distorted

Use Blogger and noticed that blog does not load properly, three column
formatting is lost
works (most of the time) on IE8
any suggestions?

I get the same thing in FF 3.5.2 as I do in Opera,
Safari, and google chrome: crap. IE8 gives me the 3
columns, but not all the columns are full. I mean some
of the stuff rolls off the column edge.
So, either that specific blog isn't formatted
correctly, and the guy of it doesn't know what he's
doing, or there is a problem with blogspot.com, period.
BTW: you'd think chrome would work, after all, chrome
and blogspot are owned by the same company.
