issues with firefox 3.0.1

Hi,

i am just a tourist but hope you wil help...

i am on an hp laptop with vista home premium using firefox 3.0.1.
several things happen.

1) boot up and use firefox for awhile and then it goes offline. i
disconnect from the wireless and re-connect to no avail.

2) i exit firefox and in task mang, the application is gone but the
process is not. the proccess wont "end" unless i reboot.

3) when i reboot, i get a blank page rather than the previous session as
i have setup in the configuration...this is annoying as i lose my tabs?

any hints for me?

Sorry I can't help with the problem at hand, nor can I help
with the obvious problem of the shift key not working. I
would offer a suggestion to move to Firefox 3.0.8 or later,
because there's reportedly a big nasty security issue with
3.0.7 and earlier.

there's always a so-called problem with all the
version. And I'm sure someone will find a problem with
3.0.10 [the current version], and we'll need *another*
update.
