Can't save pictures

I'm not able to save pictures from web sites and/or pictures sent to me
by email.
I'm using:
Mozilla 1.4 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4)
Gecko/20030624)
by email.

What can my problem be?

Try creating a new Mozilla profile and see if you can save with that
profile.
Also, what is the error you get when you try to save?

It seems all works
