In Firefox 75, where are the Extension Keyboard Shortcuts Stored?

In Firefox 75 Add-on shortcuts are now registered on the new shortcuts form.
1) Where does Firefox store the shortcuts? Under the profile somewhere?
2) I am finding that the assigned shortcuts keep getting cleared and the form reset to the default state. Is there a way to stop this?
