Obviously I wasn't paying attention to where I was at the time. I was
sending that attachment from my office to home so I could install it
there.

It's benign, it's just a little .reg file which clears the Windows Media
Player's recently played file. (Something they left out of the Tweak UI
"Paranoia" section.)
