CSS for "default" IE7 button style

I am trying to create a button style to exactly match the "default" IE7
button, except that it's face is pink instead of the default desktop
color. The trouble is once I change the background-color of the button,
the appearance dramatically changes.

Is there an "equivalent" css setting to approximate the default IE7
