Octet-Stream Wrong Helper

I have posted this in the NS 7 Newsgroup and gotten no response. It is
the same problem which I noted under Mailwasher Download. Since there
was no response in the NS 7 Newsgroup, I am posting it here as a SERIOUS
BUG. One other person has notified me that they are encountering the
sam problem.

This is also preventing some auto-updates to function properly, such as
Acrobat Reader. It prevents the downloaded update file from running as
an application.
