Any one know why in NS 4.78 (and 6.1) that the Portfolio Manager in "My
Netscape" no longer allows re-positioning the portfolios in the "Channel
Window"?
The Up & Down arrows in the "Customize" window don't appear since they
"improved" My Netscape.

I can do THAT in 6.1, but I don't want to repostion the whole channel,
just the portfolios that reside in the channel.
