Slooooww NetHelp -- Advice, Please

Some advice, please.

Troubles with NetHelp:

1) It takes *forever* to load. The frame is slow to appear, and
then text is slow to fill. After selecting INDEX, there is yet
another wait to fill text, then still more for vertical scroll bar
to grind its way up to the LOOK FOR box.

2) When NetHelp is open, <goto> TASKBAR / COMMUNICATOR / NAVIGATOR
does not produce NAVIGATOR -- it just selects NetHelp over and over
again.

To launch NAVIGATOR, I first have to close NetHelp, then start
<goto> TASKBAR / COMMUNICATOR / NAVIGATOR all over again.
