How do I get this in my list of newsgroups.
ANYONE
PLEASE HELP.

Have been trying now for about 15 hours and all I get is frustration.

secnews.netscape.com is a news server run by Netscape that includes several
groups.

Add it as a news account. Change the properties of this account to say that
it uses SSL (Advanced tab in Outlook Express account properties). Once you
do that, the newsreader can connect and retrieve the list of newsgroups at
the site.
